Over 2000 years ago, the Lord Jesus Christ came into this world to save sinners. The Bible tells us that Jesus journeyed to Calvery’s cross where he took on himself our sins that we might be brought into forgiveness and eternal life. The scriptures say, our sins have separated us from the presence of a holy God but Jesus came to rescue the sinners by shedding his precious blood at Calvary’s cross.
God is Good. King David tells us in the Psalms that God is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in goodness and truth. The Gospel is preached to announce the good news that Jesus came into the world to save sinners.
Jesus came into this world to save sinners. The Bible tells us “for the joy that was set before him endured the cross”. Many insults were thrown at Jesus but he continued to the cross because He loved mankind and wanted to bring us into the blessing and joy of eternal life. The Gospel is preached that you may come to know the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Saviour.
There is hope for sinners now Jesus has come into the world to bring Salvation. The Bible tells us that Jesus journeyed to Calvery’s cross where he laid down his life and shed his precious blood to redeem sinners. In this Gospel, you will hear of two events from the scriptures.
Jesus humbled himself and left the heights of heaven to go to Calvary’s Cross. Why? The Bible tells us that he came into the world to save sinners because Jesus loved you. At the cross, Jesus took on himself our sins and shed his precious blood to provide Salvation for mankind. How do we receive it? The scriptures say to repent of your sins and put your faith in the Jesus Christ.
Every believer in Christ has been called by God out of darkness to be part of a holy nation. In this address, you will hear from the scriptures of God’s desire for a people who are set apart for Christ and testify of his wonderful glory.
