Though we have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God we have not been forsaken. The Gospel is preached to tell you that Jesus himself has drawn near to you. The Bible tells us that Jesus journeyed to Calvary’s cross to bring Salvation to mankind.
God is still speaking to mankind in the Gospel. In Isaiah 1 the Lord himself says “Come now, let us reason together” how wonderful. The maker and created of this world loves you so much that he prepared to reason even though we sinned and gone far form him He loves you and desires for you to be saved.
God is still speaking to mankind even in 2022. The Gospel is preached to announce to mankind the wonderful news that Jesus saves from sin. Over 2000 years ago, God sent His son, Jesus Christ into the world to save sinners. What wonderful news? Is it nothing to you?
The Lord Jesus Christ came into this world to suffer and die at Calvary’s cross to save undeserving sinners. What a message of hope the Gospel is? This world can offer you no hope, no peace and no joy but the Gospel is preached that you may receive these things by coming to know the Saviour, Jesus Christ.
Jesus is coming to reign. What a bright prospect? This is the reason why Christians keep going because we have a hope outside this world in the person of the risen, exalted Lord Jesus. We see the governments of this world crumbling but God has appointed a man, Jesus Christ who shall reign in righteousness forever.
Jesus came into this world to set you free from the power of sin. By nature we are all prisoners to sin and the Bible says that all men have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. There is hope for us in Jesus. Look to Him and be saved.
God is able to wash away our sins by the the precious blood of the Lord Jesus. The scriptures tell us that the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sin. Over 200 years ago, Jesus went to Calvary’s cross where he took on himself our sins that we may be saved.
Over 2000 years ago, Jesus went to Calvery’s cross where he won the victory over the battle of sin. The love Jesus had for you was so great he willingly laid down his life at the cross and He took your sins upon himself that you may be saved. The scriptures tell us that the Lord Jesus shed his precious blood and it is by His great sacrifice that God is able to cleanse us from all our sins.
In this uncertain world, we live in people are looking for hope and certainty. Often we try to find happiness in our career, money and possessions but usually no matter how successful we get there is no real peace and satisfaction in our souls. The Gospel is preached to point you to the Saviour that God has provided, Jesus Christ who came into the world to bring hope and peace to mankind.
