God sees everything and the scriptures says that “all things are laid bare to His eyes”. Nothing is hidden or covered up in the sight of God. In this Gospel preaching, you will hear the story of about the prophet Jonah. God asked Jonah to go a preach to Nineveh and call them to repentance but Jonah fled and ran from God. There are many people today who are running from God today. The glorious news of the Gospel is that God has drawn near to us in the person of His Son, Jesus Christ. Our sins can be forgiven and peace can be given because of the completed work at Calvary.

The Gospel is a message of hope to sinners from God himself but it does come with a warning. The scriptures say, “And just as it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment”. The Gospel is preached by God’s grace that you may flee from the judgment to come through the great Salvation that has been provided by the Lord Jesus Christ.

Jesus tells Peter to “feed my lambs” new established believers. This was a direct commission to Peter in John 21 but there is call in the scriptures for the church to also take on responsibility for providing spiritual food for God’s people today. “Who then is the faithful and prudent bondman whom his lord has set over his household, to give them food in season?”
