Are you Struggling with God?

Preachers Corner https://www.preacherscorner.org.uk

Many people all around the world are struggling with all kinds of problems. But where are you in relation to God? In this Gospel preaching, you will hear of two men who both were struggling against God. But by God’s grace,  we see how God worked in their life to bring them in into a relationship with himself. Are you struggling against God? The Gospel is going out that you might be able to be in a real and living relationship with God through the work of His beloved son the Lord Jesus Christ. Who came into this world to save sinners and has provided salvation by the lying down of his life at the cross. But now He has  risen and ascended death could not hold him in the grave He has won the victory. Which you can have a part in if you put your faith and trust in the Lord Jesus as your Saviour.

Bible Scriptures:

Genesis 32:24-2924 And Jacob remained alone; and a man wrestled with him until the rising of the dawn.25 And when he saw that he did not prevail against him, he touched the joint of his thigh; and the joint of Jacob’s thigh was dislocated as he wrestled with him.26 And he said, Let me go, for the dawn ariseth. And he said, I will not let thee go except thou bless me.27 And he said to him, What is thy name? And he said, Jacob.28 And he said, Thy name shall not henceforth be called Jacob, but Israel; for thou hast wrestled with God, and with men, and hast prevailed.29 And Jacob asked and said, Tell [me], I pray thee, thy name. And he said, How is it that thou askest after my name? And he blessed him there.”

Acts 26:9-15*I* indeed myself thought that I ought to do much against the name of Jesus the Nazaraean.10 Which also I did in Jerusalem, and myself shut up in prisons many of the saints, having received the authority from the chief priests; and when they were put to death I gave my vote.11 And often punishing them in all the synagogues, I compelled them to blaspheme. And, being exceedingly furious against them, I persecuted them even to cities out [of our own land].12 And when, [engaged] in this, I was journeying to Damascus, with authority and power from the chief priests,13 at mid-day, on the way, I saw, O king, a light above the brightness of the sun, shining from heaven round about me and those who were journeying with me.14 And, when we were all fallen to the ground, I heard a voice saying to me in the Hebrew tongue, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? [it is] hard for thee to kick against goads.15 And I said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, *I* am Jesus whom *thou* persecutest:”
